Deliveries are on Mondays and Fridays, depending on when the order was received. Genereally a grace period of 5 business days is required. A Packinging confirmation email will be sent once ready with your delivery date.

This product is a ready to eat product. Your order will be delivered in a frozen TUBE to ensure quality of freshness.

Your order is ready immediatley, there's no hassle in waiting for it to thaw. 

There are NO returns on goods ordered, received and paid for.
