Deliveries are on Mondays and Fridays, depending on when the order was received. Genereally a grace period of 5 business days is required. A Packinging confirmation email will be sent once ready with your delivery date.

Your order will be delivered in a vacum sealed pouch and frozen to ensure quality of freshness.

Your order is ready immediatley, there's no hassle in waiting for it to thaw, just select your liquid of preference (10-12oz generally), put it into your blender and viola, your ExcelUShake is ready to be served!

There are NO returns on goods ordered, received and paid for.
